I am a wife a mom of three, a high school teacher and also a coach for a high
school running group "Katy Students Run". We train students for 19 weeks for a
half marathon in January. We also focus on smart goals, hydration, nutrition
and showing them how to pace themselves.
A friend of mine told me about DietBetter, and recommended that I try it to see if the encouragement from others, as well as the competition would help me lose weight. I gave it a try for a 4-week game and I won. So I tried it again, I won again. I took some time off the games for a while until a different friend challenged me to the six-month game.
